男，1975年3月生，河南开封人，研究员，博士生导师，兼任中国科学院大学岗位教授，纽约州立大学访问学者（CSC），现任中国科学院地理资源所研究室副主任，中国发展战略学研究会常务理事，中国地理学会人文地理专委会委员、黄河分会委员，中国自然资源学会资源型城市专委会委员，《地理科学进展》编委、《经济地理》第二届青年编委。主要从事产业经济地理（集聚、关联、网络）、国土空间规划理论方法、京津冀协同发展研究。近年来，主持完成中国科学院战略性先导科技专项子课题、国家自然科学基金、国家发展改革委、北京市和河北省等省部级以上课题30余项，发表学术论文150余篇，主编《京津冀地区产业协同集聚的识别方法与时空演化》《京津冀地区制造业集聚与产业关联研究》等学术著作4部，参编20余部，主持和参与完成《现代化首都都市圈空间协同规划》等省部级以上规划10余项，申请国家专利6项，重庆市地方标准5项。荣获国家发展改革委（2005）、北京市（2010）、重庆市（2019）、山东省（2025）等省部级科学技术/社会科学奖4次，2025年荣获钱学森城市学（人口与健康）金奖提名奖。

（2）国土空间规划的理论方法与京津冀协同发展研究；

（3）资源型城市转型效率与可持续发展研究。
